What Parents Are Saying:

M. Bains

“We wholeheartedly recommend Nurtured by Nature to any parent seeking a transformative and enriching experience for their child. The memories and skills our son has gained are invaluable. Thank you, Stef, for providing such a magical and impactful experience.”

R. Gionette

“Putting my son in the Sprouts program at this forest school has been the best decision I’ve made for him. He absolutely loves learning outdoors with Stef and the other kids, and it’s been such a joy to see him so engaged and excited every day. I really appreciate how the program encourages the children to be kids—exploring, playing, and connecting with nature in a way that’s both fun and educational. We’re so grateful for this program and will definitely continue to be a part of it for years to come!”

Land Acknowledgment

In the long tradition of Turtle Island’s Indigenous peoples, we extend this acknowledgment to honour the land and those who hold it sacred. This is the ancestral territory of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lunapeewak, and Attawandaron peoples. We also recognize the three Indigenous Nations that are neighbors to this area: the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, Oneida Nation of the Thames, and the Munsee-Delaware Nation. They continue to thrive as sovereign Nations, each with their own unique languages, cultures, and customs.

We express our gratitude to the original caretakers of this land, who have maintained a relationship with the earth, water, sky, plants, and creatures for countless generations. Their wisdom guides us in living in harmony, reciprocity, and gratitude with the Land.

We commit to honouring and respecting the Earth and all its inhabitants. We recognize the interconnectedness of all life and strive to uphold principles of reciprocity, giving back to the Earth as much as we receive.

May we continue to learn from the Indigenous peoples' stewardship of the land and work together toward a future of mutual understanding, respect, and care for our shared home.
